"I requested Christina's services last year to design a website for my Nursery School based in Bermuda. I am extremely pleased with the website that Christina developed. She also produced my logo which I used as a sign outside the Nursery.

In addition, she proofread a number of documents and forms that I created for the business, finding errors that I did not spot. These documents were then converted into PDF files.

We worked well together remotely and she maintains my website efficiently. Parents have commented on the site and the ease of use."

" After seeing the great job Christina had done on my wife's web site, I asked her with some help on my own.

Her professional approach to the job was amazing. You feel very secure knowing she is on your team. With her fast responses, to the friendly and very helpful phone conversations, from the small bit of information I gave Christina she was able to come up with exactly what I was looking for."

"I, as Director of the company, Avidus Associates have procured the services of 'Help on Tap' on several occasions. The services provided by 'Help on Tap' have been efficient, responsive and good value for money. 'Help on Tap' supported the development of the copy for the website for Avidus Associates. As a result of excellent proof reading and a real attention to detail 'Help on Tap' ensured that we launched a high quality accurate website.

Additionally, 'Help on Tap' have supported us with the proof reading of a number of guidance documents produced by Avidus, which they then converted to PDFs. This was done efficiently and again with particular attention to detail. The responsiveness of this company has been impressive. They have worked to tight deadlines, and have always delivered a professional and impressive output within expected timeframes.

I will, undoubtedly, seek the support of 'Help on Tap' in the future and will recommend their services to others."

My Background

My name is Christina Beamish and I am the owner of Help on Tap, which is based on the Wirral, Merseyside.

For 5 years I provided support to some 700+ users on a highly regulated pharmaceutical site. I worked to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that user problems were solved in a timely manner. I also created and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Security and Operational functions.

It was a highly customer focused department and it was often necessary to work to tight deadlines for bid submissions.

It is my intention to draw from all my experiences to provide a high quality, reliable service. I will ensure that all projects are completed within the stated timeline.

My Qualifications

My qualifications include a 2:1 BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Studies and a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies with Secretarial Services. I have attended courses for Customer Focus, Effective Writing and Time Management.
